Yesterday I went on a fantastic training course… Mindful Reflexology.

So I am going to tell you all about…because I think a lot of you will benefit at some point or another from what I have learnt.

Anxiety, Stress And Depression…Do you know someone who suffers with any of these?

🧠It is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of year.

🧠Mixed anxiety and depression is the most common mental disorder in Britain.

🧠Women are more likely to have mental health problems than men.

🧠Women The Rate Peaks in 45-54 year olds.

🧠Men The Rate Peaks in 25-54 year olds.

During my course yesterday I learnt about the different trait’s and behavior’s of mental health problems.  I also learnt some invaluable skills to utilise in my reflexology sessions to help my clients.

Mindful Reflexology

I will be using some different techniques and be working different pressure points in my treatments to help clients who are suffering with any of these concerns.

During the day I found out about some great tools and skills that you can also use yourself at home in your own environment. I will be sharing these with you when I see you at your next treatment!
